Chief Inspector - Rich Catalano, CCI

As an Owner and Chief Inspector of Catalano Inspection Services, I provide thorough and unbiased inspections for both Commercial and Residential Properties throughout San Diego County. It is my goal to help provide affordable inspections and ease of mind to others when purchasing property. Catalano Inspection Services aims not only to provide detailed inspections but to create and establish a relationship that you can count on.
 
Prior to Catalano Inspection Services and becoming a CREIA certified Inspector in 2012, I had the opportunity to study under the Education Chairman at CREIA while working as an Independent Home Remodel Contractor for many years. Prior to that, my interest in helping others with their properties led me to working at Home Depot for 17 years in the Pro-Installed Sales Department which provided me with the knowledge and expertise I needed to be successful today.
